Jacks began as a local cafe in the Villages of Prairie Village specializing in fresh sandwiches, wraps, paninis, salads and soups.  We have been serving the local residents of Prairie Village and Mission Hills for over four years and recently came under new ownership. Along with the new ownership came new energy to create Kansas City's premiere destination for exceptional Quiche.
